 Hailing from Nottingham originally, Dave went on from Redhill School in Arnold to study French and Italian at the University of Cambridge, where he also completed his teaching qualification. He has had a wide-ranging career in Education teaching in three Secondary Schools with Sixth Forms over 9 years, and a spell teaching overseas in Spain, before specialising in Post-16 education. Having previously held senior leadership roles at Bilborough College and at Thomas Rotherham College, Dave returned to Nottingham to take up the post of Principal of Bilborough College in September 2019.
