Motivated by the impact of learning at all ages and stages of life, and with a commitment to widening access and participation, Andrew held senior roles at Canterbury Christ Church University and East Kent College. In addition, Andrew maintained extensive engagement in music and creative practice through teaching and research, also singing for many years as a Lay Clerk in Canterbury Cathedral Choir. Alongside his responsibilities at Morley, Andrew is a governor of the King’s School Rochester; a non-executive director of Point Blank Music School; and a member of the Court of the Worshipful Company of Educators – the 109th livery company in the City of London.
