Recommendations

We have made three recommendations to help the college continue to improve:

1. Improve the impact of teaching on the quality of learning, with a focus on questioning, formative assessment and stretch and challenge
2. Improve high grade attainment on graded provision, including vocational and AS/A level qualifications
3. Address issues of poor learner attendance and punctuality consistently across campuses

1. Monitor and evaluate the impact of the new management structure
2. Monitor the planned improvement in underperforming curriculum areas, particularly in relation to the standards of skills
